We Move!!! To a better system

In response to the rapidly changing technological environment and the need to enhance efficiency in service delivery, the SACCO identified the need to upgrade the current ERP system. The process which started in 2021 culminated in the launch of the project on 17th February 2022 at the SACCO offices.

The system is expected to be ready for commissioning in the third quarter of 2022. Once commissioned, the new system is expected to enhance the service channels, introduce new and better channels, produce better reports, be more responsive to the growth of the institution and enhance customer experience.
