MOBILE BANKING

The new improved mobile banking platform (QC Wallet) is now accessible by members on the USSD code *605*5#. Members who were already registered for the previous mobile banking service are expected to self-activate by dialing the code *605*5# from their mobile phone and follow the prompts. Members who are not yet registered for mobile banking services can apply by filling in the QC WALLET Application Form.

The service provides several access channels such as:

• Balance enquiry and mini statements
• Cash deposit and cash withdrawal to Mobile wallets
• Loan application and repayment
• Bill payments
• Airtime purchase and many more.
